The Childcare Director oversees the overall operations of the center, ensuring compliance with licensing, staff management, and a high-quality learning environment. 

Supports the Director with administrative tasks, staff oversight, and program coordination.

Provides leadership in the classroom, planning and implementing educational activities aligned with developmental goals, must be a team player with a positive spirit.

Works with lead teachers to support and engage children in developmentally appropriate activities.

Safely transports children to and from the center, field trips, and other activities. 

Prepares nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with state guidelines and food safety regulations. 

Assist classroom teachers and staff with non-instructional tasks to support the center’s mission.
