1. What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on most major holidays.


2. What ages do you accept?

We accept children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. We also offer after-school care for children up to 12 years old.


3. Is there a waitlist?

Enrollment is based on availability. If we are at capacity, you may be added to a waitlist and contacted when a space becomes available.

5. Do you provide meals and snacks?

Yes! We provide a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack daily, following USDA guidelines. Menus are posted weekly.


6. Is your staff trained in CPR and First Aid?

Absolutely. All of our staff members are certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid and undergo regular safety and emergency preparedness training.


7. What is your illness policy?

Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours (without medication) before returning to care. This helps maintain a healthy environment for all.


8. Do you offer part-time care?

Yes, we offer full-time and part-time enrollment options depending on availability and age group.


9. How do you handle discipline?

We use positive guidance techniques to encourage appropriate behavior. Time-outs are not used; instead, we help children understand and manage their emotions.


10. Can I visit my child during the day?

Yes, we have an open-door policy for parents. You’re welcome to drop by anytime during the day.


11. How do you communicate with parents?

We use a parent communication app to share daily updates, photos, and important announcements. We also schedule regular parent-teacher conferences.


12. What curriculum do you use?

We use a FunShine Express, developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters growth in social, emotional, physical, and cognitive areas.
